Meet Aishling Adam.

Founder of ResetYoga | Yoga Therapy Practitioner

Aishling Adam is the founder of ResetYoga, a space created to help people pause, reconnect, and restore balance through the therapeutic practices of yoga. Her yoga journey began more than 10 years ago while living in Australia, where she discovered how movement, breathwork, and meditation could provide a powerful reset from the stresses of daily life. The profound impact of yoga stayed with her, and she knew she wanted to share it with others.

Before becoming a yoga instructor, Aishling spent over a decade in the corporate world in leadership and strategic roles. She understands the pressures, long hours, and challenges that modern professionals face — and it’s this lived experience that inspired her to create a practice that’s accessible, restorative, and designed for real life.

Drawn to a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures, Aishling trained with Yoga Therapy Ireland, completing over 500 hours of certification. This therapeutic approach views yoga as a holistic system that supports body, mind, and spirit — combining mindful movement, breath awareness, meditation, and relaxation to meet each individual exactly where they are.

Through ResetYoga, Aishling now offers:

  • Sunday Reset Classes — a weekly ritual to stretch, recharge, and reset for the week ahead.

  • Corporate Reset Packages — workplace wellness programs designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and foster balance in professional settings.

  • 1:1 Yoga Sessions — personalised classes in person or online, tailored to individual needs and goals.

At the heart of Aishling’s teaching is a simple philosophy: yoga is not about performance, but about presence. Her mission is to create supportive spaces where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves — leaving each session with a sense of calm, clarity, and renewal.
