Our Sunday Reset Yoga classes are a blend of gentle movement, mindful stretching, breathwork, and deep relaxation designed to release tension from the body and recharge your energy

  • Looking for a practice to prepare your body and mind for Monday.

  • Seeking a safe, supportive space to stretch, recharge, and reset before the week ahead.

  • New to Yoga (beginner friendly)

Rooted in the philosophy of yoga therapy, this class is suitable for all bodies and all levels. You’ll be guided through accessible postures to restore balance, calming practices to settle the mind, and nourishing rest to reset your nervous system.
