After more than a decade in the professional realm, she shifted her path toward wellness, completing over 500 hours of Yoga Therapy Ireland certification. Her deep understanding of organisational dynamics, combined with her therapeutic training, allows her to design corporate yoga programs that are not just about stretching, but about resetting the culture, realigning focus, and fostering lasting well-being.
Today, Aishling works with companies to help their teams reduce burnout, improve engagement, and cultivate resilience.
